Target Group:
- Beginner ROS developers and users
- Students already acquainted with learning basics ROS
- Anyone interest to learn about basic concepts of ROS (with basic programming knowledge)
- Anyone curious about robotics and hands-on learning and training experience
5-day training
Day 1: introduction to Linux, Shell Basic and introduction to Git, Python basics
Day 2: introduction and basic concept of ROS + workshop, ROS programming and tools + workshop
Day 3: navigation & path planning + workshop, hands on with real hardware
Day 4: robot description and transforms + workshop, robot manipulation with MoveIt! + workshop, hands on with real robot
Day 5: introduction to ROS 2
This training is given in English, but all our trainers speak German and English.
